The American Nuclear Society (ANS) is looking for nominations for

the Mary Jane Oestmann Professional Women's Achievement Award.

The award is given to women who have exhibited strong technical

leadership in the fields of nuclear science, engineering, research,

Dr. Nancy Larson received the Mary Jane Oestmann award in 2006.

In December 2005, the American Nuclear Society (ANS) signed a

Memorandum of Cooperation with Women in Nuclear (WIN).

We are excited about this new partnership, and look forward to

working together to promote the objectives of both organizations.
