ANS Meetings
In addition to the National Meetings -- the Annual Meeting in June and the Winter Meeting in November -- the ANS holds a number of topical meetings throughout the year. In most cases, special opportunities are available for students to attend and participate. Be sure to check the meetings calendar for more information.

National Meetings

If you are an ANS Student Member (Join Now), you will be eligible to offset your travel costs by registering as a student session assistant and applying for the student travel reimbursement. In addition, don't miss out on the ANS Mentoring program and the Student Mixer.


Student Program Chair

Every ANS National Meeting has a Student Program Chair on the organizing committee who is responsible for the student activities at that meeting. The Student Sections Committee keeps a guidebook [DOC] that can offer some useful advice and guidance to the Student Program Chair, particularly with respect to the Student Session Assistant program.
